My meditation ceremony with you was without doubt the most powerful, important experience of my life 😌, in terms of growth  (disclaimer the birth of my daughters was at the tippy top ! 🤣)

I’m still in my integration period so I know a lot is still going to unfold / unfurl, but my initial thoughts are that I could have gone around and around in circles paying for therapy’s / massages / treatments to ease my discomfort , my neuroses, my fears, traumas, patterns. I have always intrinsically believed in this incredible capacity within us to access a vastness / an expanded consciousness / a universal oneness / a liberation. I’ve had other experiences like Vipassana, that gave me just a taste, but this was so much vaster, deep and eternal.

I just had no idea that there was a conduit like this! I don’t think I had the depth of contact / understanding that some receive with the medicine and with her. But I received everything I had hoped to and more.

‘’When I lay back down, it instantly flooded my body and it was like a switch had been turned on. It was beautiful, fractals and visuals, hallucinations. Magical / a touch dark initially / but opening into pure light and healing. This  made my body want to move and to release and to expel blocked energy, it was almost like a 3 hours ( I don’t know how long 🤣) ecstatic, prone dance of purist ecstasy). I’d said that I don’t like to dance, and you replied weeellll..  she has a way of working with you that’s a bit unexpected!”

‘’And then the cacao breath work the next day .. I was a touch sceptical, as I could not believe you could achieve the mind state through breath that I did. The vibrations through the body were endless and led into this kind of tantric pleasure state / release that was almost impossible to bear! I had absolutely no mind to feel self conscious or embarrassed, as it was so raw and unintentional, and so pure and unrehearsed. And I believe my learning is that this way of being is possible and achievable, that we can free ourselves from our shackles, from our conditioning, our patterns. And align ourselves to the divine, to join it, to rejoin it.‘’

I feel like I have been energetically re calibrated, which I think means that the path ahead is clear now for me. I can in 2 days feel the vibrations changing with m, I feel less disconnected, more empowered. I feel little shifts in others, a drawing closer, as my energy field is changed and my vibrations are attuned to nature and the divine. I feel far less anxious, and can feel my confidence returning. I have written a letter to invite a divine lover/ partner  into my life, and it’s interesting just to see how women seem to suddenly notice me, or feel the intention/ the vibration. I’ve had 2 or 3 little magical micro moments already!
